Our Environmental Approvals Team provides practical, innovative advice and solutions to our clients based on our extensive knowledge and experience in environmental approvals, environmental impact assessment, environmental legislation and policy.
This includes the management of referrals, permits and approvals under the: Commonwealth Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999 (EPBC Plans)
We work with and lead multi-disciplinary teams on a broad range of projects including renewables, greenfield, infrastructure, roads, tracks and trails, alpine resorts, as well as a range of local government and State Government sector projects across Victoria and New South Wales. We foster strong relationships within government, enabling open communication between our clients and key regulators.
The Environmental Approvals Team works closely with our ecology, heritage and GIS teams to streamline client processes and provide reliable, trusted and technically sound advice that clients can use to progress their projects from inception to completion.
