Jess has an in-depth understanding of commonwealth and state environmental legislation, policy and government decision-making. In addition, she is highly adept and providing strategic and practical advice to facilitate project delivery, drawing upon her extensive experience and comprehensive understanding of industry dynamics. Jess excels in identifying potential challenges and devising innovative solutions, ensuring smooth project progression and successful outcomes.
Before joining Biosis, Jess worked in the local government sector where she led integrated planning teams. She was responsible for the strategic planning and environmental approvals for Victoria’s largest regional growth area. During this time, Jess led multi-disciplinary teams and worked closely with government stakeholders, the development industry and the local community to balance social, economic, and environmental objectives to facilitate urban development and create new communities.
