Biosis is now a BushBroker accredited organisation
If you require a third-party native vegetation offset within Victoria as a condition of a Council planning permit, you have the option to locate the offset using the BushBroker program. Biosis is a BushBroker accredited organisation which enables us to undertake all necessary assessments on your behalf, to set up and secure the offset. Our services include:
- assessments of the suitability of a proposed offset site,
- calculation of gain available at an offset site,
- preparation of offset management plans,
- drafting of required agreements for approval by BushBroker.
Biosis can also assist with locating offsets. Our staff are experienced with the interpretation of native vegetation policy including the rules which govern the type, quantity and location of offsets that are required by your planning permit conditions.
