Invoice Officer/Credit Controller Assistant

We’re looking for an Invoice Officer/Credit Controller Assistant to join our Finance team in our Head Office in Port Melbourne on a full-time basis.

As the Invoice Officer/Credit Controller Assistant, you will work alongside our Accounts Receivable Officer and are considered a key support for our finance team. Your main duties will include processing clients’ invoices and receipts, fielding queries from our project managers regarding invoices, and some administration and reporting duties.
