Management Assistant

We have an excellent opportunity for a motivated Management Assistant in our Melbourne office.

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting the management team and the General Manager, ensuring the smooth operation of our consulting teams. Your responsibilities will include preparing and drafting documents such as meeting minutes and presentations, maintaining internal and external meeting schedules, and managing calendars.

Additionally, you will coordinate travel and accommodation, send reminders to employees for pending tasks, assist in scheduling due dates and tasks, and support in completing reconciliations.

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in administrative support
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Well-developed time management and organisational skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships
  • Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and respond to urgent requests
  • Demonstrated planning and coordination skills
  • Ability to think critically, display initiative, and solve problems
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, or similar software
