About the role

We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced compliance administrator to join our team in Melbourne or Sydney on a full-time, 12-month contract with the opportunity to extend for the right candidate.

Selection criteria

To be considered for this role, please forward your CV and cover letter which demonstrate these required skills and attributes:

  • Clear, concise and effective communication skills.
  • Creative problem solving and continuous process improvement skills.
  • Well-developed time management, planning and organisational skills.
  • The ability to coordinate multiple logistical and project administration tasks.
  • An understanding of data governance adherence to promote data integrity.
  • The ability to coordinate team communications and activities.
  • Strong written communication skills such as experience in proposal and tender preparation.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • A high level of competency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and/or similar software packages.
  • Australian citizenship or residency, or a valid work permit.
  • Certificate III in Business Administration, or equivalent qualifications or experience (desirable).
  • Experience working in ecology, heritage and environmental approvals or within a consulting environment (desirable).
