Robert has been working with natural history and material culture for more than 40 years. He has been a leader at Biosis for more than 20 years; he understands the structure and nature of Biosis and has been a key driver for change in the business over this time.
Since 1996 Robert has held a wide variety of positions within Biosis including Manager of the Melbourne Office, Business Development Manager and Chief Operating Officer. In operational management, business development and executive positions, Robert gained unique experience which informs our current approach, methodologies, systems and processes, making Biosis the leader in ecology and heritage consulting.
With wide industry experience from corporate finance to the university sector, Robert’s leadership contributes significantly to the evolution of Biosis. As director, he plays a seminal role in one of the key businesses influencing the management of ecology and cultural heritage assets throughout eastern Australia.
Robert’s research background, together with almost 30 years in professional services, means trusted, objective and relevant advice on government, community and private projects.
Strategic, methodical and collective decision-making are hallmarks of Robert leadership style as director. He strongly believes in our team at Biosis and our aim to make a difference, now and well into the future.
