The following notice is published pursuant to Section 95A(3) of the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999 (EPBC Act).

Crystal Creek Properties Pty Ltd proposes to clear vegetation to increase the area available for cropping at the above address. The proposed action will affect one paddock of the property with ploughing and removal of embedded rock.

The relevant matters protected by a provision of Part 3 of the EPBC Act are: listed threatened species and communities (sections 18 & 18A). The proposed action would result in a significant impact on Golden Sun Moth Synemon plana as defined under EPBC Act policy statement 3.12.

On 24 April 2018, a delegate of the Minister for the Environment and Energy decided that the proposed action is a controlled action and that it requires assessment by preliminary documentation and a decision about whether approval should be given under the EPBC Act.

The Preliminary Documentation relating to the proposal will be on display for viewing, free of charge, for a period of 10 business days from Tuesday 21 May 2019 to Monday 3 June 2019 at the following locations:
