Amanda has over ten years heritage consulting experience across south-eastern and western Australia. She is experienced in all aspects of heritage consulting with specialisation in Aboriginal archaeology and stone tools. Amanda has extensive experience in the successful completion of Aboriginal assessments, archaeological surveys, excavations, permits and management plans. She is accomplished in obtaining approvals under the NSW National Parks and Wildlife Act 1974.

Amanda has primarily undertaken projects in south-eastern Australia and the Pilbara region of Western Australia and has a detailed understanding of heritage values within the semi-arid and arid regions of NSW. Amanda specialises in the archaeology of central and far western New South Wales, with particular research interests in the riverine and lacustrine environments of these regions.

Amanda has widespread experience in consultation with Aboriginal people across Australia and has served as a specialist advisor to the New South Wales government in Aboriginal stakeholder consultation processes. Amanda has also acted as an expert witness for cultural heritage in the New South Wales Land and Environment Court.
